Summary:
- Become part of our sales team as a Sales Development Representative (w/m/d).

Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for new business opportunities within a defined target group.
- Recognize the requirements of prospects and generate demand up to the signing of contracts in the respective customer segment.
- Build internal structures: efficient processes and guidelines, internal resources, and tools.
- Monitor the status of offers, communicate with customers, and update internal systems and reports.
- Update the CRM system, record customer interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or sales support or similar roles.
- Successfully completed training in a commercial field or similar.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong IT affinity and good business understanding.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and self-organize.
- Excellent German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
