Zero Networks is a fast-growing B2B cybersecurity company disrupting the network security market.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is ideal for individuals early in their sales career, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and working leads through the top of the sales funnel, collaborating with marketing to nurture inbound leads and leveraging tools for outbound prospecting.
Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and excel in researching leads and building relationships.

Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing programs.
Refine the marketing-to-sales handoff process, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
Collaborate with marketing to develop prospect lists and research contacts at target accounts.
Use outbound prospecting tools to increase lead volume and velocity.
Schedule discovery calls to evaluate prospects’ use cases and technical requirements.
Work with Sales and Marketing to nurture leads into opportunities.
Maintain a daily standard metric of outreach via email, phone, and social media.
Expand knowledge of products and positioning through ongoing training.
Represent Zero Networks professionally and communicate effectively with internal resources and external prospects.
Maintain accurate records and perform data hygiene in CRM (Salesforce) and Cadencing (Salesloft) tools.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Proven track record of exceeding lead targets.
Strong communication skills via phone and email.
Strong desire and ability to grow within the sales organization.
Excellent prospecting skills into ICP accounts and experience interacting with executive-level buyers.
Active listener and quick builder of product knowledge.
Excellent time management.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft is preferable.
