Oracle is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join its team in South Africa. This full-time remote position involves identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, collaborating with marketing, and contributing to Oracle’s robust pipeline in a globally recognized cloud solutions company.
Identify sales opportunities in both new and existing accounts.
Engage with customers through phone, email, and social selling.
Develop and execute campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing.
Use digital tools to research and connect with potential clients.
Set up customer meetings and contribute to the sales pipeline.
Enhance communication and social selling skills.
Analyze data to improve outreach strategies.
Work towards and exceed quarterly objectives.

Act as the first point of contact for potential Oracle customers via outbound calls.
Qualify leads and generate high-quality opportunities for the Oracle Sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and perform database-related tasks.
