Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential leads through market research, inbound lead management, and outbound prospecting.
- Create a strong first impression through personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more.
- Qualify prospects likely to benefit from Nivoda’s offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
- Collaborate closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads.
- Maintain meticulous records of outreach, engagement, and results in our CRM (Hubspot).
- Share feedback from potential clients to help refine messaging and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Based in South Africa.
- Passion for high-growth environments and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation.
