Sales Enablement Manager Full Time

Summary:

• Red Canary is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join their Revenue Enablement team.
• The role will focus on supporting Account Executives and sales leaders.
• The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, product marketing, and customer success teams.
• This position reports to the Director, Revenue Enablement.
• The goal is to support Red Canary’s mission to improve security for businesses of all sizes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales onboarding program, Flight School, including content updates, live sessions, grading activities, and final certification.
• Support the continuous implementation of the sales methodology across programs, tools, and events.
• Facilitate the ongoing coaching program, Aviator, to help Account Executives (AEs) progress through onboarding and ramp time.
• Construct and iterate on AE performance metrics to support coaching best practices and identify trends.
• Create opportunities for regular practice through role plays and other activities.
• Support overall Revenue Enablement efforts such as bimonthly all-hands, QBRs, SKO, and other ad-hoc events.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of enablement experience, ideally in security and/or SaaS.
• A creatively minded individual with an understanding of the seller experience and providing meaningful feedback.
• Data-driven approach to enablement with a focus on impactful measurement and adjustment.
• Strong understanding of modern creative tools, facilitation skills, and supporting adult learners.
• Ability to construct and deliver coaching feedback to AEs and sales leaders at all stages of their careers.
• Experience with defining and tracking sales metrics using tools like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Value Selling and MEDDPICC.
• Experience integrating sales methodologies into enablement programs.
• Familiarity with LMS (WorkRamp) and CMS (Highspot) for crafting materials is preferred.
• Past experience in selling B2B solutions, cybersecurity, or other tech.

Benefits:

• Base salary range of $85,600 – $103,000 per year.
• Eligibility for the company’s bonus program.
• Stock options grant, subject to board approval.
