Sales Engineer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to ensure technical alignment.
• Handle pre/post-sales technical issues.
• Document technical requirements.
• Understand product feasibility in customer environments.
• Develop technical collateral and training materials.
• Work with pre/post-sales teams for technical alignment.
• Document customer network design and technical needs.
• Support VPN, Static IP, and other technical elements.
• Manage technical queries and support requests.
• Collaborate with customer success teams.
• Prepare and share weekly and quarterly reports.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering or similar roles.
• Experience managing enterprise customer relationships.
• Networking knowledge: topology, TCP/IP, configuration.
• Familiarity with firewalls, routers, proxies, etc.
• Knowledge of cellular networks and core infrastructure.
• Skills in roaming, Remote SIM Provisioning, and protocols.
• Strong project management skills.
• Business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build technical business relationships.
• Strategic, tactical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
