Sales Engineer Full Time

Summary:

• Secure Code Warrior is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their Sales team.
• The role is focused on being the primary technical resource for driving growth within the APAC region.
• The Sales Engineer will be responsible for pre-sales strategy and technical expertise for complex products and solutions.
• The individual will be a key technical advisor and product advocate throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-stakes sales presentations and product demonstrations for new prospects and existing clients.
• Support Sales teams by managing responses to functional and technical elements of service quotes, RFPs, and Scope of Works.
• Lead customer pilots and evaluations, including results write-ups and findings.
• Evaluate clients’ vendor requirements and develop integration strategies for the Secure Code Warrior platform.
• Collect and document customer requirements and develop use-cases for the Product Management team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product management to create sales and product assets to accelerate customer success.
• Conduct market research and contribute to go-to-market strategy and tactics for the Product Marketing team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, ideally within a cyber-security software company or with a cyber-security service provider.
• Deep domain knowledge of new business development in the App Sec, Technology, Cyber-Security Sector/SaaS space.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think ‘on their feet’ when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment.
• Strong client-facing skills, including experience presenting to clients at various levels.
• Effective and clear communication, both written and verbal, for presenting to diverse audiences.
• French Speaking preferred.
