Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional projects in the sales area, collaborating with Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth workflows and increased sales process efficiency.
- Organize webinars and campaigns to explore new sales opportunities.
- Optimize sales processes, including employee training, to maximize cross-selling potential.
- Identify improvement areas in sales processes and develop measures to enhance efficiency.
- Establish and standardize sales processes to create clear structures and optimize collaboration between Sales and Customer Success, maintaining a customer-centric perspective.
- Analyze KPI data and sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities and derive actionable recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Requirements:
- A completed degree, preferably in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Solid experience in software sales and a deep understanding of optimizing sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and leverage data to make processes more efficient.
- Excellent communication skills with extensive project management experience, particularly in managing complex projects.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and convincingly.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, to optimize sales processes.
- Ideally, experience in mentoring colleagues and guiding teams in developing and optimizing sales processes.
- Native-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written, along with at least good English skills.
