Sales Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit targets based on annual budgets and goals
• Generate and convert projects for key customers and manage project cycles
• Complete 15+ sales visits per month with new and existing accounts
• Pursue sales leads and visit strategic customers for satisfaction and growth
• Build relationships and assess customer needs, recommending products
• Identify and contact prospective customers for future sales and repeat business
• Provide market feedback and intelligence for internal use
• Establish market sell price and profit margins
• Ensure timely flow of quotations to maximize competitive edge
• Complete month-end reports, including customer updates and market changes
• Set strategic sales visit and customer action plans to meet targets
• Learn and use internal processes, including ILS, Quality, and ISO
• Develop procedures for efficient project, quotation, and order processing

Requirements

• 4-year college degree preferred (business or engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in military sales
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to read technical prints
• Aerospace market knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of rubber/plastic products is beneficial
• Familiarity with AS quality requirements is beneficial
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident)
• Travel requirements approximately 50%, including overnight, local, national, and international

Benefits

• Remote location, with a preference for Dallas/Fort Worth candidates
• Salary: $120,000+ annually
• Bonus: 5% of gross sales, capped at 100% of salary
