Sales Manager (m/f/d) Full Time

Description:

• Nurturing inbound leads through emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Prioritizing leads based on engagement levels and demographic research.
• Conducting outbound outreach to B2C leads via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Building rapport over the phone and qualifying customer pain points with precision and depth.
• Providing orientation to determine the best education track for each candidate’s needs.
• Guiding candidates through the application process.
• Pitching to both perceived and unperceived needs, handling objections, and closing deals with clarity.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure we’re running effective campaigns and refining existing efforts.

Requirements:

• Fluent in BOTH English and German.
• Previous experience in 360° (full-cycle) sales.
• Proficiency in processing SaaS inbound and outbound leads.
• Expertise in cold calling.
• Ability to plan and execute outreach experiments, analyze conversion rates, and adjust messaging.
• Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
• Experience in closing deals with ARR of €15k+ (B2B or B2C).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to create HubSpot reports and dashboards.
