Responsibilities:
- Guide the solution sales process in ERP and ECM/DMS product areas.
- Manage and moderate all activities in the new customer sales process from acquisition to contract signing.
- Analyze customer situations and needs based on prequalified leads.
- Plan and execute presentations, even at C-level or in front of a buying center.
- Create proposals and contract documents and negotiate contracts, including at C-level.
- Plan and execute campaigns and webinars.
- Report regularly and maintain relevant activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure the achievement of agreed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and a drive to make an impact as part of a team.
- Experience in IT sales and ERP environments (process industry).
- Fluent German (C2 level) and at least fluent English (C1 level) are required for effective communication with the team and customers.
