Sales Operations Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support day-to-day business performance and reviews
• Perform insights analysis on sales and marketing funnel and KPIs
• Partner with cross-functional teams for data-driven recommendations
• Proactively communicate findings and form partnerships with stakeholders
• Measure and report on performance to targets and identify root causes
• Present technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Work with multiple departments to understand data/reporting requirements
• Lead or participate in strategic initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Advanced skills in Excel and Salesforce
• Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to interpret data, not just present it
• Self-motivated, takes ownership, and seeks guidance when needed
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and multiple projects
