Responsibilities:
- Work with Success Lead to run sales and growth teams.
- Build automations for sales and growth tasks.
- Fact check metrics and create daily reports.
- Manage tasks to free up Program Lead’s time.
- Attend demos and research AI advancements.
- Develop process improvements for team efficiency.
- Assist across sales and organic growth as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience with no-code tools (e.g., Zapier).
- Some coding experience is preferred.
- Fast self-learner with resourcefulness.
- Highly organized for concurrent projects.
- Handle rapid change with composure.
- Strong system thinking for problem-solving.
