Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities within the pathology lab field
- Organise and support training within the product area
- Work proactively in the pre-tender phase with positioning activities
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales results
- Analyse the market and strengthen company competitiveness
- Manage demand within the pathology segment
- Engage daily with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Requirements
- LAB technician, biomedical scientist, or equivalent degree
- Experience in IVD/LAB sales and pathology products
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian and English
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Driving license required
- Based in Denmark, Sweden, or Norway with field travel of 50%
