Sales Representative – Commercial Full Time

• We are immediately hiring a Sales Representative – Commercial, Building Services & Construction to be based in Atlanta, GA Metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling and account management.
• Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.
• Selling equipment rentals and services to Building Services and Construction customers.
• Developing medium-to-long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
• Tracking all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
• Partnering with operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct sales or technical sales experience selling to contractors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales hunter mentality.
• General understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems.
• Knowledge of selling to contractors (General, Mechanical, and Electrical).
• Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven ability to maintain a sales quota of $3.5 million+ annually.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
