Sales SDR – Remote, Latin America Full Time

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and close new meetings within an established ICP
• Research customer profiles to find good fits for our services
• Follow proven process for cold prospecting via video, email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling
• Schedule meetings with the Head of Sales
• Make 60+ cold calls in your second week
• Book at least two meetings with prospects by your third week
• Book at least eight meetings per month by your second month

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as an SDR, preferably in SaaS or IT
• Hunter’s mentality, skilled in identifying and prospecting into new accounts
• Resilient, capable of failing forward and learning from it
• Competitive nature, goal-oriented, and team-focused
• High energy and boundless enthusiasm to maintain intensity throughout the day
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Self-starter, capable of working with little supervision
