Sales & Service Rep – Customer Care Center Full Time

Summary:

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Service Representative for its Customer Care Center. The position focuses on handling customer inquiries and promoting products and services to enhance customer relationships. This role offers an opportunity to work in a customer-centric environment, fostering an inclusive culture while supporting the success of PNC’s clients. It includes a mix of service and sales tasks, with a variety of shifts available.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer service and sales support activities and initiatives.
  • Transition service conversations to present sales opportunities.
  • Handle inquiries and offer home secured lending products.
  • Support a complex dedicated suite of products/services.
  • Deliver the CARES model to customers and service partners.
  • Receive, investigate, and respond to service and sales inquiries.
  • Recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and issues.
  • Document customer interactions and complete service requests.

Requirements:

  • No degree required, but 1+ years of related experience is preferred.
  • Home Lending Designated Lender Certification – PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
  • Must pass additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
  • Preferred skills include accountability, customer interactions, and decision-making.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical support skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
