Summary:

Select Assistants, a staffing firm bridging global talent with American companies, seeks a remote Sales Specialist to drive the initial stages of their sales process. Based in New York, the company focuses on team synergy and lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research to identify potential referral sources, key decision-makers, and pertinent industry insights.
• Maintain precise records within our CRM system, ensuring all profiles are comprehensive and up-to-date.
• Initiate and maintain contact with potential leads following CRM sequences.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, providing smooth transitions to in-field representatives.
• Handle follow-up communications post-meetings, addressing any inquiries and clearly defining further actions.
• Monitor CRM updates and relay important feedback to the sales team.
• Provide in-field sales teams with essential insights and updates for meetings, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
• Regularly share feedback to refine and improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in sales and data mining.
• Skilled with CRM systems (preferably Follow Up Boss), adept at managing data and following established sales workflows.
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing well-crafted emails and effectively communicating with team members and potential clients.
• Highly independent and proactive, able to self-manage and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the trim industry or similar sectors is advantageous.
