Sales Support Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on deal structure and quoting
• Monitor Sales Support Slack channel for deal questions and support
• Partner with Sales to accelerate quoting process and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with Revenue Platform team on process and system improvements
• Identify solutions for common Quote to Cash errors
• Focus on Quote to Cash process automation and enablement content as time allows

Requirements

• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry and deal desk experience preferred
• Ability to partner with GTM teams and cross-functional departments
• Experience in delivering sales enablement training
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules
• Highly organized, customer-focused, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, self-aware, and open to feedback
• Proficient in gSuite and Salesforce.com
• Basic knowledge of CPQ tools; Zuora CPQ experience is a bonus
