Salesforce Lead Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Shape a clear vision for the Fundraising CRM system.
• Develop capabilities to enhance fundraising activities.
• Automate processes with tools like Flows and Apex.
• Enhance data quality and system performance.
• Develop tools to monitor and improve data accuracy.
• Establish a scalable security model.
• Design data models for donation tracking.
• Maintain large datasets with accuracy.
• Administer the system for reliability and usability.
• Integrate Salesforce with GiveDirectly’s website.
• Build scalable and reusable tools and frameworks.
• Conduct regular system audits for accuracy.
• Configure and manage system settings.
• Set up and onboard new users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop internal documentation and best practices.

Requirements:

• Exceptional alignment with GiveDirectly Values.
• Fluency in English.
• Expertise in custom object and field design.
• Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, or other query languages.
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• At least 3 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into technical requirements.
• Effective risk management skills.
• Judgment in prioritizing and escalating risks.
• Knowledge of scalable system safeguards.
