Salesforce Project Manager Full Time

• The company is seeking a Project Manager to ensure quality product delivery on time and under budget, while managing multiple Salesforce implementation projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic project management support for Salesforce-related implementation projects.
• Schedule meetings, lead update calls, capture actions and notes, and distribute updates.
• Build time estimates, develop project schedules, and address scheduling problems.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information on project phases, tasks, and durations.
• Maintain projects in PSA for tracking purposes, collecting updates, and publishing status updates.
• Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope, communicating project changes and events to relevant parties.
• Act as a liaison between consultants, developers, and clients to ensure effective coordination among teams.
• Facilitate communication among project participants to expedite processes and resolve issues.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings on project status and issue resolution.
• Monitor and report on project progress related to objectives, timeframes, scope, quality, and costs.
• Log risks and escalate appropriately, identifying potential solutions and initiating actions.
• Maintain excellent communication both with the client and internally, setting and reinforcing expectations.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a Project Manager on a Salesforce implementation project.
• Basic knowledge of agile software development methodology and tools (experience with a modified agile methodology preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.
• Functional knowledge of FinancialForce PSA is optimal, or knowledge of another PSA system.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with and build relationships with client stakeholders.
• Strong skills in G Suite and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
