SAP Analyst – Mfg/QM Full Time

Summary:

• ITT is an industrial manufacturer of critical, engineered components that serve transportation, flow, energy, aerospace, and defense markets.
• The company generated $3.3 billion in revenue in 2023 and operates three segments: Motion Technologies, Industrial Process, and Connect & Control Technologies.
• The SAP Analyst role will support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in the USA and Europe and optimize processes in supply chain, manufacturing, and quality operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a cross-functional subject matter expert and technical consultant for projects.
• Conduct requirements gathering, hands-on SAP configuration, functional specifications, testing, and support.
• Lead design workshops, provide best practice insights, and transform business processes.
• Manage project work and support activities, including overseeing consultants.
• Support key integration areas, such as procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Recommend scalable, long-term solutions and mitigate project risks.
• Assist with worldwide SAP IT projects and develop user training documentation.
• Execute data migration plans and ensure process accuracy.
• Act as a business partner, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide occasional travel for workshops, training, and meetings (up to 20%).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in SAP MM/PP/QM design, implementation, and support.
• Expertise in QM Master Data, Quality Planning, Inspection processes, Notifications, Supplier Quality Management, and Batch Management.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, MRP, in-house manufacturing, and subcontracting processes.
• Familiarity with integration to modules like WM, FI, CO, and SD.
• Full-cycle SAP implementation project experience.
• SAP WM experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of SOX requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid work environment with occasional travel (up to 20%).
