SAP MM Consultant, Public Cloud (Bilingual: French & English) Full Time

Summary

The SAP MM Consultant at Syntax supports SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions. Syntax, a leading Managed Cloud Provider since 1972, excels in ERP deployments for major North American firms, leveraging partnerships with Oracle, SAP, AWS, and others to deliver innovative tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain Management modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Implement system enhancements, configuration changes, and updates based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Manage change requests, from gathering requirements to testing and deployment.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are effectively using the SAP system.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and support activities.
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud updates and best practices, and recommend relevant changes to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience with SAP Best Practices S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions in an AMS role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain processes and practices.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP MM experience.
• Integration with other modules – FI, CO, PP, PM etc.
• Must be bilingual French and English.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps and UI5.
• SAP certification in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Proficiency in ITIL processes and principles.
