SAP Platform Leader Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic technical design and vision for SAP platforms and integrations.
• Oversee SAP Basis operations and performance optimization.
• Manage platform security and access controls.
• Lead iPaaS platform implementation for system integration.
• Develop and maintain centralized API estate with versioning.
• Oversee system refresh and data masking strategies.
• Manage vendor support teams and SLA compliance.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and project transitions.
• Collaborate with AMS and SI partners to enhance platform health.
• Shape integration and application architecture standards.
• Maintain partnerships with technology vendors.
• Stay updated with technology trends and innovations.
• Strategically manage financial budgets for platform health.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years SAP experience, including S/4HANA.
• Expertise in SAP Basis and cloud/hybrid landscapes.
• Experience with system refresh and data masking.
• Knowledge in SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management).
• Strong vendor management and SLA oversight.
• Proven global SAP user and landscape management.
• Experience delivering large-scale IT projects and roadmaps.
• Technical skills in SAP development tools (ABAP, UI5, BTP).
• Strategic planning and operational oversight capabilities.
• Advanced financial and budget planning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
