Scaled Program Manager – Community Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement programs through online forums and events
• Plan and host live virtual community events for engagement
• Build and manage Communities of Practice and User Groups strategy
• Collaborate to create educational content for the user base
• Advocate for user needs to inform product development and improvements
• Support the superuser program to empower top community contributors
• Build relationships with key community partners and influencers
• Track and analyze community engagement metrics for effectiveness

Requirements

• Experience with building and nurturing user communities, preferably in tech
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and execute strategic community plans
• Experience planning successful community events, virtual and in-person
• Deep understanding of customer needs and advocacy
• Strong analytical skills to measure community program effectiveness

Benefits

• Base salary range for San Francisco, NYC, and LA: $147,000 – $199,000 USD
• Base salary range for other locations: $132,300 – $179,100 USD
• Total compensation includes benefits and restricted stock units
• Opportunity for incentive compensation
