Schedule Dispatch Coordinator I – REMOTE Full Time

Summary:

Johnson Controls is seeking a Schedule Dispatch Coordinator I for their National Dispatch Center. This remote position involves service dispatch coordination, managing technician schedules, and supporting field operations within the Security Domain. The role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage service requests and workflows efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform service dispatch and support field operation activities within the Security Domain.
• Work closely with NDC Team Managers, field Service Team Managers, and operational partners to drive service delivery.
• Manage service backlog, ensure SLA agreements, and ensure technician schedule efficiency.
• Coordinate third-party vendor meetings and maintain professional relationships with field personnel.
• Answer and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule service requests, manage technician workflow, and meet Key Performance Indicators.
• Perform other duties as assigned to drive field service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
• Service dispatch scheduling experience.
• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain above satisfactory attendance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Email/Excel) and other required programs.
• Confidence, problem-solving skills, composure, and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive decision-making, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to self-manage and demonstrate accountability.
• Flexibility to adjust to rapid changes and drive operations confidently.
