Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demos
- Guide team members in agile principles and enhance efficiency
- Work with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog
- Analyze team velocity, optimize performance, and prepare progress reports
- Build a positive team culture, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparency
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of software development methodologies is essential
- Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteApps and development processes is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
