Security Technical Program Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment between security requirements and product roadmaps
• Collaborate with teams to identify security implications early
• Champion security requirements during product planning
• Advocate for security team’s needs aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage security-related programs to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling for new features
• Prepare and present status reports on security initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management
• Prior experience in Cybersecurity or DevSecOps
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear requirements
• Proactive mindset with initiative to suggest improvements
• Experience with program management tools and methodologies
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
