Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to acquire new leads and manage the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the team to drive fleetster’s sustainable growth in a dynamic sales environment.
- Conduct Discovery Calls to understand customer needs and decision-making processes.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Overcome objections and manage a stable sales pipeline.
- Generate new prospects by actively reaching out and making calls.
- Stay organized, track customer objections, and have clear plans to address them.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system to analyze sales processes and forecast outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to ask the right questions and listen actively during Discovery Calls.
- Strong relationship-building skills and proactive follow-up.
- Excellent objection-handling and sales skills.
- Motivated, organized, and capable of managing a sales pipeline.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Willingness to continuously develop and adopt a #nextlevelmindset.
- Ability to use CRM systems for data management and sales analysis.
