Senior Account Manager, South Full Time

Summary:

Keyloop, a leader in automotive digital transformation, seeks a Senior Account Manager, South to foster client partnerships in the UK. The company provides innovative technology to enhance car dealer and manufacturer efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, targeting the automotive client base with Keyloop’s SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Carry a quota for sales.
• Cross sell into the Keyloop automotive client base.
• Upsell into the Keyloop automotive client base.
• Conduct new business sales.
• Cover the UK market.
• Travel to client meetings.
• Assume responsibility for selling the full suite of Keyloop solutions.
• Deliver sales objectives per company strategic plans.
• Deliver sales objectives per sales operating plans.
• Meet sales targets through professional consultation.
• Address customer needs.
• Apply the Keyloop Sales strategy/model.
• Generate increased market share.
• Maintain pipeline weekly in Salesforce.
• Maintain sales activity weekly in Salesforce.
• Produce accurate monthly forecasts.
• Produce accurate quarterly forecasts.
• Produce accurate annual forecasts.
• Implement the Keyloop Sales Model.
• Utilize Keyloop Core Processes.
• Work closely with the Customer Success Team.
• Work closely with the Layered Apps Team.
• Ensure a joined-up approach to customers.
• Present ‘Experience First’ to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ account relationship experience.
• Experience within SaaS.
• Proven track record of sales growth.
• Sales growth based on business process change.
• Sales growth based on business process optimisation.
• Customer-focused approach.
