Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Manage accounts payable operations through Bill.com and employee expenses via Expensify.
- Oversee sales tax compliance using Avalara.
- Partner with external auditors during annual audits.
- Design and implement accounting processes and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 4+ years of accounting experience, especially with month-end close processes.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, macros).
- Experience with accounting software platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
