Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the VP and team members
- Manage the calendar of the Vice President
- Compose and edit high-level documents for the VP
- Prepare meeting minutes, briefing notes, agendas, and presentations
- Support the Shared Care Committee and related projects
Requirements
- High school graduation with post-secondary education or related experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a team
