Responsibilities:
- Work with project managers to facilitate requirements.
- Develop user stories, diagrams, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams on requirements.
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes and functionality demos.
- Present functional requirements to teams and stakeholders.
- Work with QA analysts to create test plans and scenarios.
- Provide mentorship to less experienced analysts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7-10 years in digital or related field.
- 7-10 years business analysis experience in software.
- 3-7 years in product ownership or management.
- 3-7 years experience with global platforms.
- 5-7 years in digital channels (web, mobile, apps).
- 3-5 years with UX, CX, and Analytics teams.
- Strong analytical and requirement gathering skills.
- Understanding of Product Management and SDLC.
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.
- Strong understanding of UX principles.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with change management plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
