Senior Analyst, Order to Cash Operations Temporary

Responsibilities

• Process and validate sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics for timely order fulfillment
• Monitor and resolve order discrepancies and delays
• Generate and distribute invoices in a timely manner
• Address and resolve billing inquiries from customers
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts
• Implement collection strategies to minimize aged receivables
• Manage the deal approval process and ensure compliance
• Analyze contract terms and conditions for potential risks
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Generate reports on O2C metrics and present findings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Order to Cash operations
• Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience with RPA tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
