Responsibilities
- Proceed from creative briefing to generating ideas with copywriter
- Collaborate with a writer to create innovative and effective concepts
- Develop sketches or samples that strengthen copy
- Work with print buyers to discuss specs and budgets before execution
- Develop visually engaging, clear layouts that require minimal updates
- Ensure files are built to spec and follow best online practices
- Review work for error-free layouts and proper user experience
- Drive the visual look of the brand, including color and photographic representation
- Preserve brand integrity of each client
- Work with the creative team on photo and video shoot visions
- Build trust with agency partners and resolve creative differences cooperatively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
- 10+ years of agency design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills required
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Exceptional computer skills on a Macintosh operating platform
- Strong ability to think and execute across multiple channels
- Knowledge of print processes, pre-flighting, and pre-press production
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
- Adobe Creative Suite expertise required
- Microsoft Suite expertise required
- Mac operating system proficiency required
