Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA professionals
- Participate in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Develop and enhance robust features and APIs
- Ensure top-tier products and services through quality engineering
- Fix bugs and continuously improve products
- Provide customer-focused development
Requirements
- Expertise in backend development with Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript
- Proficiency in at least one other server-side language
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database modeling, particularly PostgreSQL
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
- Experience designing scalable systems and optimizing for high-volume performance
- Skilled in API development, security, and scalability
- At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Ability to work in a remote-first environment
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Business-focused approach to software development
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer-centric solutions
