Senior Business Analyst – Insurance (Fully Remote) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify business problems and develop solutions
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications
• Make recommendations to improve and support business activities
• Gather and document business requirements through various techniques
• Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing of applications
• Develop business requirements documents/user stories for system modifications
• Monitor work of other business analysts
• Assist in project time estimates and documentation
• Support QA, UAT, and release phases with defect analysis and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Experience working in the insurance industry required
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts and Agile approach
• Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Currently based in Thailand and speaks native Thai
