Senior Business Systems Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success to leverage tech stack and reduce churn
• Scope and deliver process automations and technical projects
• Optimize and configure customer success tools using best practices
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins and engineering teams
• Optimize business processes and drive implementation
• Create and maintain technical design documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with Customer Success Platforms (CSP)
• Proficient with integration platforms like Workato and Zapier
• Experience with Salesforce, including flows and dashboards
• Understanding of Sales/CS Engagement platforms like Outreach
• Proficiency in SQL and writing complex queries
• Experience with APIs and Webhooks
• Great communication skills and proactive approach
