Senior Client Partner (Global Systems Integrator) Full Time

Description:

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through the SI partnerships.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a healthy flow of opportunities.
• Work with SIs to convert leads into opportunities and close deals effectively.
• Create, develop, and manage relationships with the alliance sales teams.
• Build a go-to-market plan and manage bookings targets.
• Align Five9 Sales Directors with their alliance counterparts to drive net-new revenue and field activity.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the SI’s sales and technical teams.
• Develop and distribute sales collateral, playbooks, and other enablement resources.
• Travel within region to regional offices, events and trade shows.
• Act as an escalation point for any issues or challenges faced by SIs during the sales or implementation process.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve any conflicts or roadblocks.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience managing go to market partnerships with CRM, UC, and Systems Integrators.
• Excellent Presentation Skills – Virtual and In-Person.
• Ability to interface well with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
• Experience working in a high growth, emerging SaaS software market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
