Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for AWS and GCP cloud environments to customers.
- Design, develop, and maintain Ansible modules to automate and streamline infrastructure configurations.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and maintain efficient DevOps practices.
- Utilize the Atlassian stack (Jira & Bitbucket) to manage and orchestrate deployments effectively.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (IaaS) using Terraform/Terragrunt.
- Identify opportunities and implement new processes to enhance daily tasks and automate server deployments.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, implementation guides, customer service guides, OLAs, SLAs, and SOPs.
- Prepare and execute complex, high-impact, and high-risk changes within the cloud environment.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery strategies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Ansible and other automation tools.
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform/Terragrunt.
- Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AWS and GCP.
