Responsibilities
- Develop and own the content marketing strategy, socialize it across the business
- Create and manage the content and editorial calendar for campaigns and lead generation
- Manage external content writers, SEO vendors, designers, and video producers
- Conduct research to understand target audience, pain points, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality content
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search and discoverability
- Analyze content performance data to improve strategy and identify opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on content marketing trends and recommend enhancements
- Manage social media coordinator and healthcare influencers
- Own design template and brand system across the business
Requirements
- 5+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Design background and ability to execute across channels
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficient in content optimization, distribution, and performance tracking
- Experience managing a team of content professionals
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
