Responsibilities
- Lead Invisible’s commercial law practice, advising on all commercial transactions
- Provide in-depth legal counsel on complex technology transactions
- Work with stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations
- Oversee compliance with technology-related regulations and standards
Requirements
- Deep expertise in technology law, IP, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
- Minimum 7+ years in commercial law, with experience on high value contracts
- Blend of law firm and tech sector experience preferred
Benefits
- Base salary: $235,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $340,000
