Senior Credit Strategy Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop credit risk strategy for SME business loans
• Execute strategy development steps: problem identification, data analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for strategy development and implementation
• Design and generate strategy monitoring reports
• Analyze emerging performance trends and provide recommendations
• Explore new data sources and assess creditworthiness
• Monitor macroeconomic indicators and develop stress scenarios
• Create comprehensive presentation slides and communicate insights

Requirements

• 3+ years’ credit risk experience in unsecured lending industry
• Hands-on experience in credit risk analysis or risk modeling
• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex ideas

Benefits

• Base salary range: $120,000 – $150,000
