Senior CRM Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Define CRM strategies and metrics to activate, retain, and grow premium users
• Plan, build, and optimise CRM programs across email, push, and in-app messages
• Improve user experience and metrics through experimentation and data analysis
• Evaluate and report on CRM performance, and identify improvements
• Work with Brand Marketing, Content, Product, and Design on campaigns
• Deliver consistent and innovative customer experiences across channels

Requirements

• Experience leading CRM strategies and journeys for a subscription product
• Ability to define CRM strategy and metrics for continual improvement
• Proficient in defining and building user segments for targeted outreach
• Skilled in identifying retention drivers and designing CRM programs
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Emarsys, Iterable)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to report and improve CRM performance
• Proven experience with multivariate tests and lifecycle performance
• Strong copywriting skills and creative judgement in English
