- We are excited to announce the role of Senior Customer Success Manager. This position will oversee customer success initiatives for our Automotive OEM, Agency, and Retail clients in the region.
- The role will report directly to the Head of Customer Success for Polk Automotive Solutions.
- In this capacity, you will work closely with Sales, Production, Customer Success and clients to ensure seamless enablement and timely responses to client inquiries and troubleshooting needs.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Customer Success Manager will act as a primary contact for OEM/Agency and Retail clients and Sales teams in the West Region. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the product expert for services within your client base, consulting with Sales and customers to provide optimal solutions tailored to both OEM/Agency and Retail needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of your clients, including their objectives, needs, and working styles.
- Collaborate closely and effectively with Polk Sales teams:
- Attend all meetings, compiling recaps with the Customer Success team and action items to maintain momentum.
- Facilitate status meetings as needed.
- Organize and manage Salesforce data.
- Own campaign management, working alongside Sales and Customer Success Enablement to achieve client goals across OEM/Agency and Retail segments.
- Lead efforts with internal resources to resolve client issues, ensuring key themes are communicated to product teams.
- Partner with product and production teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into product enhancement roadmaps.
- Organize and manage reports related to client success metrics.
- Set up and optimize internal workflows for improved efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of and/or interest in the automotive marketing and digital landscape.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on organization and efficiency.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) and Salesforce applications.
