Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (all genders) Full Time

Description:

• Development and implementation of integrated cybersecurity strategies in the field of digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and IoT.
• Process optimization and rollout for information security and product development processes (IAM, risk management, personnel security, etc.).
• Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and security governance processes following established industry standards.
• Project and program management in the realm of cybersecurity strategies and solutions.

Requirements:

• You possess an outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field.
• You bring at least three years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with a background in IT consulting.
• You have experience with leading small project teams on cybersecurity initiatives.
• You demonstrate an in-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures necessary for effectively protecting clients’ infrastructures.
• You have the ability to create and present complex business cases that align cybersecurity strategies with organizational goals.
• You thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings, and are open to travel as needed.
• You have strong communication skills and can convey complex cybersecurity concepts clearly in both German and English.
