Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis to estimate the expected value of data products and track benefits through financial or KPI metrics.
- Support business stakeholders and regional data analysts by understanding needs and providing guidance.
- Create dashboards to track adoption and business impact of features and data products.
- Analyze complex business problems and provide insights into digital features and AI model performance.
- Partner with data science, data analytics, and product managers for planning and goal setting.
- Work with data and engineering teams to improve instrumentation, product health reporting, and pre/post analysis.
- Collaborate with A/B test teams to design experiments and analyze results.
- Present data insights in a clear and meaningful way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Promote a culture of data-driven technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Ability to start immediately.
- Availability to work daily until 19:00 CET.
- 3+ years of experience in analyzing complex data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
- 3+ years of applied data visualization experience using Tableau and PowerBI.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and large data sets (Amazon Redshift, Oracle, Google BigQuery).
- Coding skills in R or Python to analyze data.
- Experience working with big data, especially in ecommerce, gaming, or social networks.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into executive summaries and communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Only open to candidates residing in Moldova with the legal right to work in the country.
