Responsibilities:
- Turn data into actionable insights about users to drive product decisions.
- Spot strategic opportunities in the data and help shape squad roadmaps.
- Design metrics to measure the success of key features.
- Create visualizations to highlight trends and user behavior.
- Build dashboards and scheduled reports to monitor product KPIs.
- Design new events to track product features and provide data quality checks for client teams.
- Design and analyze experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- Contribute towards trusted data transformation models in dbt.
- Organize and prioritize tasks of the data analytics roadmap.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with product analytics, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention analysis, and A/B testing.
- Excellent SQL skills and comfort working with a cloud data warehouse (e.g. Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience using Python/Pandas for data analysis and familiarity with software development workflows (e.g. version control, code review).
- Experience using dbt for data transformation and modeling (helpful).
- Good grasp of statistical concepts and ability to apply them (e.g. hypothesis testing).
- Ability to effectively communicate data topics and results (e.g. visualization, dashboard design).
- Strong understanding of data quality and reliability.
- Ability to translate abstract problems into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and passion for actionable insights.
- Self-driven and capable of learning independently.
- Team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
