- TeamSnap is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to grow and optimize lead generation efforts for TeamSnap for Brands.
- The role involves connecting top brands with advertising and sponsorship solutions for the youth sports market.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute campaigns to grow TeamSnap’s B2B customer base and drive pipeline growth.
- Optimize and scale digital channels, including email, online advertising, newsletters, and sponsorships.
- Oversee events marketing programs in partnership with the sales team, including traveling to 4+ events per year and coordinating the webinar calendar.
- Own website reporting and conversion rate optimization across landing pages.
- Deliver content marketing initiatives to engage target audiences and drive thought leadership.
- Deeply understand the buyer’s journey to design, build, and optimize email nurture programs converting subscribers into Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Partner closely with sales and sales enablement teams, aligning on campaigns and expected leads.
- Manage marketing operations, including audience segmentation, lead management, automation, and campaign assets.
- Track and regularly report on pipeline, marketing ROI, and learnings across all channels.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience leading B2B demand generation marketing.
- Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact B2B marketing programs, including digital marketing, paid media, events, and email campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, or similar) and CRMs.
- Highly data-driven, able to make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
- Builder mindset, able to push effectively through complexity.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to rally a team around a campaign and goal.
