Senior Developer – iClassPro Full Time

Responsibilities

• Confirm project requirements according to scope and negotiate required changes
• Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code
• Review code by other team members to give feedback and enforce standards
• Work alongside other developers to complete projects within estimated timelines
• Effectively communicate progress and delays
• Maintain awareness of impact on own work relative to other tasks
• Work through development cycles and attend weekly meetings
• Fix bugs in the system
• Work with billing services, ledger, reporting, and third-party services

Requirements

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with architecting and developing backend services
• Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (API’s)
• Experience with cloud-based web applications
• Advanced full-stack development with 8+ years using PHP, MySQL, React
• Advanced JavaScript skills
• Expert-level Linux command line skills
• Docker experience
• Demonstrated GitHub experience
